A definate benefit is the fact that they are flashy and animated. Most people will remember that. Being that Flash does slow down a website, it is important to not put more than 1-2 Flash elements on each page (unless you are in the entertainment industry then some leway is given). If you decide on an all Flash website, then I highly recommend you have a secondary plain text website choice as well. Options are always good. Remember to weigh all your pros and cons before you decide.
